Our dumplings are handmade and then frozen immediately. Delicious with our Sichuan ketchup and / or 12 spice chilli oil, as well as soy sauce, dumpling vinegar, rice vinegar oil etc. Cook from frozen.
STEAM / BOIL
Heat a frying pan with a little veg oil. Place dumplings into oil and fry for 1 minute. Add water to come halfway up the dumplings and put-on pan lid. Boil for 4/5 minutes with lid on. Take off lid, turn up the heat and boil the pan dry, letting bottom of the dumpling crisp up. Do not move them too much!
Steam for 10-12 minutes.
Fry at 160-165 degrees for 6-7 minutes.
From frozen, place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees C for 14 minutes, turn the tray around and bake for another 5 minutes. Allow to cool before eating.
CADBURY'S CARAMEL EGG COOKIE
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Bake cookies for 12-14 mins. Note, they won't spread very much! Cook from frozen.
MINI EGG & DAIRY MILK COOKIE
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Bake cookies for 14-16 mins. Cook from frozen.
Leave as many dough balls as needed out on the side, still in cling film, for a couple of hours to thoroughly defrost.
Preheat oven on the hottest setting and keep baking tray / pizza stone in there for a good half an hour to make sure it’s really hot.
Turn out dough onto a well-floured surface. Add semolina to the flour if you have it as it helps with handling it. The dough is purposefully really fermented so it’s a bit sticky; so be generous with the flour!
Use a rolling pin to roll out the pizza and stretch out to a circle with your hands. Try and keep the edges a bit thicker to get a nice crust, but the dough nice and thin. Transfer to a well-floured chopping board / pizza peel. Add your sauce and toppings, then transfer the pizza on to your hot tray / pizza stone in the oven. You should be able to ‘nudge’ it off if it’s well floured! Bake for about 8-10 mins until it looks cooked.
